Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the wiper motor module support bracket (4) to the wiper motor (3). Refer to Wiper Motor Module Support Bracket ReplacementΒ .
- Position the wiper motor (3) to the wiper drive system module (2).
- Position the spacer (1) to the wiper drive system module (2).
- Install the 2 wiper motor bolts.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).
- Install the wiper transmission links onto the wiper motor crank arm with the J 39529Β . See Special ToolsΒ .
- Install the wiper drive system module. Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module ReplacementΒ .
- Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel ReplacementΒ .
- Install the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .
- Inspect the washers for proper operation.
