- Position the rear wiper motor (3) to the liftgate.
- Install the wiper motor washers (2) and bolts (1).
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Connect the wiper motor electrical connector.
- Connect the washer hose to the wiper motor.
- Install the wiper motor cover (4) to the motor.
- Lower the liftgate.
- Install the wiper shaft seal (4) and spacer (3).
- Install the wiper motor shaft nut (2).
Tighten:Β Tighten the nut to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
- Install the wiper motor shaft cap (1).
- Install the rear wiper arm. Refer to Rear Window Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .
