Removal Procedure

- Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L61) .
- Remove the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement .
- Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp at the radiator using the J 38185 . See Special Tools .
- Remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
- Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp at the engine using the J 38185 . See Special Tools .
- Remove the radiator inlet hose at the engine.
- Remove the radiator inlet hose clamps from the radiator inlet hose.
