2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo Extended, 4.8 CSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the passenger side assist handle. Refer to Front Assist Handle ReplacementΒ .
  2. Fig 1: Windshield Garnish Molding

  3. Grasp and gently pull the windshield garnish molding in order to release the clips.
  4. Remove the windshield garnish molding from the vehicle.
  5. Inspect the windshield garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips.

    Replace the windshield garnish molding or clips as needed.
