Preliminary Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)Β .
  2. If necessary, remove air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement
  3. Remove the surge tank inlet hose. Refer to Exterior Trim Emblem Removal Notice .
  4. Remove the charge air cooler inlet and outlet pipes. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement and Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
  5. Remove the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose ReplacementΒ .
  6. Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose ReplacementΒ .
1 Radiator Bolt (Qty: 4)
Tip:Β  Radiator is mounted to the charged air cooler.
