Installation Procedure

- Align the striker to the marks made in the removal procedure.
- Install the liftgate striker bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the liftgate striker retaining bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Check liftgate closing efforts and align striker as required. Refer to Lock Striker Adjustment .
- Close the liftgate.
