Installation Procedure

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

Position the cover (4) to the wiper motor.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the 4 screws (3) to the cover.
Tighten: Tighten the 4 screws equally to 2.6 N.m (23 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector (2) and install the CPA.

Install the air inlet panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement .
Install the radio antenna. Refer to Fixed Antenna Replacement .
Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Auxiliary Battery) .
Close the hood.
