Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

- Install 4 new pushnuts (1).
- Place the amplifier on the console bracket.
- Connect the wire connector to the amplifier.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the 4 retaining screws.
Tighten
Tighten the 4 retaining screws to 3.4 N.m (30 lb in).
- Install the storage bin bracket to the console bracket.
- Install the 4 bracket screws.
Tighten
Tighten the 4 screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the console structure to the bin bracket.
- Install the 4 retaining screws.
Tighten
Tighten the 4 screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the console side panels.
- Install the retaining screws.
Tighten
Tighten the retaining screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
- Install the console bin. Refer to CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (EXPECT PRO) or CONSOLE STORAGE BIN REPLACEMENT (PRO) .
- Install the console in the vehicle. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (EXCEPT PRO) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (PRO) .
- Install the floor console bezels. Refer to BEZEL REPLACEMENT-FLOOR CONSOLE (NON-LUXURY UPPER) or BEZEL REPLACEMENT-FLOOR CONSOLE (LUXURY UPPER) or BEZEL REPLACEMENT-FLOOR CONSOLE (NON-LUX LOWER) .
- Install both front seats in the vehicle. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT-FRONT BUCKET .
- Perform the audio amplifier set up procedure. Refer to Audio Amplifier Setup .
