2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Mark the location of the hinge on the door and on the hinge pillar.
  2. Support the door.

  3. Remove the bolts securing the hinge to the hinge pillar.

  4. Remove the bolts securing the hinge to the door.
  5. Remove the door hinge.
