2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Position the cover (4) to the wiper motor.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the 4 screws (3) to the cover.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the 4 screws equally to 2.6 N.m (23 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connector (2) and install the CPA.

  6. Install the air inlet panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  7. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .
  8. Install the radio antenna. Refer to Fixed Antenna Replacement in Entertainment.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Auxiliary Battery) in Engine Electrical.
  10. Close the hood.
