- Install the thermostat (3).
- Install the water outlet (1).NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the water outlet bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
- Install the inlet hose to the water outlet.
- Position the inlet hose clamp at the water outlet.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (without HP2) .
