2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief ProcedureΒ .
    CAUTION: Wear safety glasses when using compressed air in order to prevent eye injury.
  2. Using compressed air, blow any debris from around the fittings.

  4. Using J 41769Β  , insert the correct size tool into the female connector, then push inward to release the locking tabs.

  6. Pull the fuel line connection apart.
