- Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
- Remove the clip securing the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) to the engine harness.
- Remove the HO2S from the harness clip.
- Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) retainer.NOTE: Refer to Heated Oxygen and Oxygen Sensor Notice in Cautions and Notices.
- Disconnect the HO2S electrical connector.
- Remove the bank 2 HO2S (1).
