2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oxygen sensor to the catalytic converter. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 1 Sensor 1 .
  2. NOTE: Do not reuse the catalytic converter inlet seal/heat shield. Always replace with new.
  3. Install the NEW catalytic converter seal/heat shield to the catalytic converter.

  5. Carefully install the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold.
  6. Install the catalytic converter to exhaust manifold fasteners.
  7. Connect the oxygen sensor electrical connector.
