2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Apply the park brake.
  2. Remove the driver knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (With SLT) or Knee Bolster Replacement (Without SLT) .
  3. Disconnect the stoplamp switch electrical connector.

  5. Remove the power vacuum brake booster pushrod retainer bolt (1).

  7. Remove the power vacuum brake booster pushrod retainer (1).

  9. Slide the power vacuum brake booster pushrod off of the brake pedal pin and remove the stoplamp switch (1).
