Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (LCS)
  2. Remove underhood electrical block. Refer to Underhood Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (HP5)
  3. Disconnect electrical connectors from cooling fan control module.

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:Β  8 N.m (71 lb in)
