  1. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) retainer.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor.
  3. Remove the accelerator pedal bolt (1).

  4. Remove the accelerator pedal assembly (1) from the dash panel.
