  1. Install the radiator outlet hose (4)into the engine compartment.
  2. Connect the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
  3. Connect the radiator outlet hose to the radiator. Refer to Radiator Hose Quick Connect FittingΒ 
  4. Install the radiator outlet hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
  5. Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the coolant recovery reservoir using the J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  6. Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the engine using the J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill)Β .
