Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose (4)into the engine compartment.
- Connect the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
- Connect the radiator outlet hose to the radiator. Refer to Radiator Hose Quick Connect Fitting
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the coolant recovery reservoir using the J 38185 . See Special Tools .
- Install the radiator outlet hose clamp to the engine using the J 38185 . See Special Tools .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) .
