- Disconnect the primary battery and the auxiliary battery negative cables. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and ConnectionΒ
- Disconnect the auxiliary battery positive cable from the auxiliary battery.
- Remove the lower auxiliary battery tray to frame bolts (3).
- Loosen, but DO NOT REMOVE the upper battery tray to frame bolts (1).
- Lift the battery and tray assembly (2) from the upper frame bolts (1).
- Remove the battery retainer bolt and retainer (3).
- Remove the battery (1) from the battery tray (2).
