  1. Install the cooling fan adapter to the vehicle.
  2. Hold the cooling fan adapter from turning by placing a wrench on the adapter flat spots.
  3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the cooling fan adapter bolts and tighten to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

  6. Install the cooling fan. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LH2 Heavy Duty Cooling)Β  or Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LH2 Standard Cooling)Β .
