Vehicle Speed Sensor: Removal

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal

Raise the vehicle. Remove the bolts (1 and 3) securing the front transaxle brace (2) to the transaxle and right cylinder head. See Figure . Remove the electrical connector at the vehicle speed sensor. Remove the retaining bolt (131) and the sensor (130). See Fig 1 . Twisting the sensor while pulling outward will aid in removal.
