2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Position the ALC bracket to the ALC compressor.
  2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the ALC bracket to ALC compressor screws and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Connect the bleed hose to the clip.
  5. Install the electrical connector to the ALC compressor bracket.
  6. Connect the air tube to the ALC compressor.
  7. Connect the ALC electrical harness connector.

  9. Install the ALC bracket side mounting nut.

  11. Install the ALC bracket mounting bolts and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  12. Connect the exhaust system the rear exhaust hangers.
  13. Lower the vehicle.
