  1. Connect the electrical connector on the switch.
  2. Align the brake panel position switch to the stud (3).
  3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the bolt (1) securing the brake panel position switch to the brake panel bracket and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  5. Install the driver side I/P insulator closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  6. Recalibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor CalibrationΒ .
