Preliminary Procedure:Β 
Remove the seat back panel. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel Replacement .
1 Front Seat Head Restraint Speaker Grille
Procedure:Β 
Use a plastic flat bladed tool to remove the speaker grille.
2 Front Seat Head Restraint Speaker Screw (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:Β  2 N.m (18 lb in)

3 Front Seat Head Restraint Speaker Assembly

Procedure

  1. Cut the speaker wire close to the speaker.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and pull out the cut speaker wire and discard.
  3. For installation route the speaker wire rearward from the speaker location between the frame and the seat cover.
  4. Pull the speaker wire down the back of the seat and connect the electrical connectors.
