Preliminary Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .

  • Remove the radiator vent hose from the radiator inlet hose clips.
  • Using J 38185Β  reposition the radiator inlet hose clamps. See Special ToolsΒ .
