Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator outlet hose to the vehicle.
- Using the J 38185Β , disengage the tension on the hose clamp and install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator. See Special ToolsΒ .
- Using the J 38185Β slide the clamp into the original position. See Special ToolsΒ .
- Using the J 38185Β slide the clamp into the original position. See Special ToolsΒ .
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine support bracket.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)Β or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β .
IMPORTANT:
Lubricate the inside diameters of the hoses with clean coolant prior to installation.
