Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

- Position the driver side air inlet grille panel (3) to the vehicle, over the wiper arm drive spindles and secure the integral retainers to the seven windshield frame and plenum panel clips.
- Ensure the air inlet grille panel integral retainers are positioned and secured to the windshield frame and plenum panel clips.
- Install the nut (1) securing the driver side air inlet panel brace to the stud on the brake booster assembly.
Tighten:Β Tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
- Install the screw (2) to the inner fender flange.
Tighten:Β Tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
- Position the passenger side air inlet grille panel three integral clips under the driver side air inlet panel.
- Position to the air inlet grille panel to the plenum.
- Install the screws (1) in order to secure the air inlet panel to the plenum.
Tighten:Β Tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
- Install the rear hood seal onto the hem flange of the air inlet grille panel.
- Apply palm pressure across the seal in order to secure.
- Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .
- Close the hood.
