Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

- Position the engine compartment fuel line to the vehicle.
- Connect the engine compartment fuel line fitting (4) to the fuel rail. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ .
- Connect the engine compartment fuel line fitting (2) to the chassis fuel feed pipe. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ .
- Install the quick connect retainer clips to the fuel line fittings (2,4).
- Install the front section of the supercharger inlet duct assembly. Refer to Supercharger Inlet Duct Assembly ReplacementΒ .
- Install the fuel tank fill cap.
- Check the fuel system for leaks.
- Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement .
