2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Engage the rear of the air deflector (1) into the side hooks (2) on the sunroof module (3).
  2. Position the air deflector forward.
  3. Push the right side of the air deflector down into the roof opening.

  5. While holding the right side down, complete the following steps:
    1. Push the left front side of the air deflector towards the right side.
    2. Pull up on the left side until the lower tab (1) clears the roof opening.

  7. Push the left front side of the air deflector inwards and down so the tab clears the roof opening.
  8. Close the sunroof window.
