Vehicle direction alert alarm warning (VDAAW) system informs the operator of deviation from the lane. The system activates at 35 mph and detects lane markings painted on the roadway. When the operator crosses a detected lane marking, the VDAAW indicator will flash and the operator will hear three chimes. VDAAW will not warn the operator if the turn signal is on or if the operator makes a sharp maneuver.
