2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the wheel bearing. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub ReplacementΒ .

  4. Remove the outer tie rod to knuckle nut.

  6. Using the J 24319-BΒ  , separate the tie rod from the steering knuckle.
  7. Remove the lower control arm. Refer to Lower Control Arm ReplacementΒ .

  9. Remove the strut to steering knuckle nuts and bolts.
  10. Remove the steering knuckle from the vehicle.
