2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Place the module in the full open position.
  2. It is only necessary to lower the headliner. Only do those step in headliner replacement that will lower the headliner enough to gain access to the part. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the motor/actuator.
  4. Remove the motor. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator ReplacementΒ .
  5. Push the window guides rearward on the track until the guides are positioned against the rear hard stop.
