Installation Procedure

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator outlet hose clamps to the radiator outlet hose.
  2. Fig 1: Locating Radiator Outlet Hose

  3. Install the radiator outlet hose to the engine.
  4. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the engine using the J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  5. Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
  6. Reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the radiator using the J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  7. Fill the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (L61)Β .
