Position the EGR spacer (if equipped), and NEW EGR valve motor to the EGR valve.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the EGR valve motor screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the EGR valve motor.
Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
Cycle the ignition to relearn the new EGR valve motor pintle position.
