Measure and record the resistance of the ECT sensor at various ambient temperatures and compare those measurements to the Temperature vs. Resistance table. Refer to Temperature Versus Resistance (Fuel Temperature Sensor) or Temperature Versus Resistance (EGT Sensors) or Temperature Versus Resistance (IAT Sensor 1) or Temperature Versus Resistance (ECT Sensors) or Temperature Versus Resistance (IAT Sensor 2) .
