Removal Procedure

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) compressor. Refer to Compressor Replacement (6.6L) .
  2. If equipped, remove the auxiliary generator. Refer to Auxiliary Generator Replacement .
  3. Fig 1: Identifying Fuel Pump To LH Fuel Rail Pipe

  4. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe fitting from the fuel injector pump.
  5. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe fitting from the left fuel rail.
  6. Remove the left fuel feed pipe.
