Removal Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 6SECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
- Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler assembly. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the right fuel injector feed pipes. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right SideΒ .
- Disconnect the fuel rail pressure (FRP) sensor electrical connector (1).
- Disconnect the right fuel feed pipe fitting from the fuel rail.
- Remove the 2 fuel rail bolts and the fuel rail assembly.
- If replacing the fuel rail, remove the fuel pressure sensor.
