Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Aveo LT, AutomaticSECTION Installation Procedure
- Position the ECM in place.
- Install the ECM to the ECM mount and install the retaining bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the ECM retaining bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
- Connect the ECM connectors.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Perform the following procedures:
- Program the ECM
- Crankshaft Position System Variation Learn
- Idle Learn
- Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
