  1. Apply sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480), or equivalent to the threads of the oil pressure sensor.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the engine oil pressure sensor.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the sensor to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  4. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. If required, check and adjust the engine oil level.
