2006 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the thermostat (3).
  2. Install the water outlet (1).
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the water outlet bolts (2).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  5. Install the inlet hose to the water outlet.

  7. Position the inlet hose clamp at the water outlet.
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (without HP2)Β .
