- Place the door window in the full up position.
- Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
- Remove the front side door pull handle bracket.
- Remove the front side door water deflector.
- Use the appropriate tool, open the front side door handle rod clip (1) on the latch.
