Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Remove the drivers seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (without HP2) , Front Seat Replacement - Bucket (with HP2) .
1 Inflatable Restraint Seat Position Sensor Screw (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
3 N.m (25 lb in)
2 Inflatable Restraint Position Sensor Assembly
Procedure 
Disconnect the electrical connector.
