Installation Procedure
2006 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

- Position the knuckle on the lower control arm
- Install the lower control bolt. Refer to Trailing Arm ReplacementΒ .
- Install the upper ball joint in the knuckle. Refer to Upper Control Arm ReplacementΒ .
- Install the lower shock absorber bolt. Refer to Shock Absorber ReplacementΒ .
- Install the trailing arm bolt. Refer to Trailing Arm ReplacementΒ .
- Install the adjustable link. Refer to Adjust Link ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the jack stand from the lower control arm.
- Install the park brake backing plate. Refer to Park Brake Backing Plate Replacement .
- Install the park brake cable. Refer to Park Brake Cable Mounting Bracket Replacement .
- Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
IMPORTANT:
It maybe necessary to adjust the jack stand in order to install the upper control arm bolt.
