2006 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
    IMPORTANT: Ensure that the brake pedal assembly is adjusted to its lowest position farthest from the drivers seat prior to removal of the accelerator assembly. Failure to do so could result in incorrect step-over height between the brake and accelerator pedals and improper function of the adjustable pedal system.
  1. Disconnect the adjustable pedals motor electrical connector.
  2. Remove the locking clip and disconnect the accelerator sensor connector.
  3. Remove the accelerator assembly. Refer to Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Replacement .
