  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Remove BCM2 fuse.
  3. Turn ON the Ignition
Is the Service Column Lock message displayed?
System OK Go to Step 3Β 
3 Replace the instrument panel cluster. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
