Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement

Callout Component Name
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .
  3. Remove the front sunroof drain hoses. Refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Front .
  4. Remove the rear sunroof drain hoses. Refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Rear .
1 Sunroof Module Nuts (Qty: 8)

Tighten:  9 N.m (80 lb in)
2 Sunroof Module
Tip:  Transfer the following parts to the new module.
  1. Sunroof motor/actuator
  2. Sunshade
  3. Wiring Harness
  4. Air deflector
  5. Sunroof rear gutter house drain
