Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement

Refer to Fastener Tightening SpecificationsΒ .

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement .
  3. Remove the front sunroof drain hoses. Refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - FrontΒ .
  4. Remove the rear sunroof drain hoses. Refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - RearΒ .
1 Sunroof Module Nuts (Qty: 8)

Tighten:Β  9 N.m (80 lb in)

2 Sunroof Module
Tip:Β  Transfer the following parts to the new module.
  1. Sunroof motor/actuator
  2. Sunshade
  3. Wiring Harness
  4. Air deflector
  5. Sunroof rear gutter house drain
