2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure

  1. If necessary, remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement (4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L (RPO LQ4)) or Engine Sight Shield Replacement (6.0L (RPO LQ9)) in Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L.
  2. Remove the engine wiring harness ground bolt.

  3. Reposition the engine wiring harness ground and ground strap.
  4. Remove the ground strap nut from the stud at the front of dash.

  5. Remove the ground strap from the stud.
