2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the battery tray.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices
  2. Install the battery tray bolts (1) to the battery tray support.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the battery tray bolts (1) to the fender inner panel.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Install the battery tray bolts (2) to the battery tray reinforcement.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  5. Install the battery. Refer to Battery ReplacementΒ .
