2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the battery tray.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices
- Install the battery tray bolts (1) to the battery tray support.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the battery tray bolts (1) to the fender inner panel.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the battery tray bolts (2) to the battery tray reinforcement.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
