Installation Procedure
2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the accelerator pedal.
- Install the end bushings to the pivot shaft.
- Install the end bushing retaining clips.
- Install the accelerator cable through the slot in the accelerator pedal lever.
- Seat the retainer (3) in the accelerator pedal lever (2).
- Inspect for the following:
- Complete throttle opening and closing with no binding
- Proper carpet fit under the accelerator pedal
- Install the driver side knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
