2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the high-mounted stop lamp into position inside the rear fascia.
  2. Loosely install the stop lamp mounting screws.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Align the stop lamp to the rear fascia, then press and hold the lamp to the fascia for flushness.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the high-mounted stop lamp retaining screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  6. Connect the electrical connector to the stop lamp.
  7. Install the inner tail lamp. Refer to Tail Lamp ReplacementΒ .
